Originally a $3,275,000, single story, 3026 square foot La Jolla canyon-rim home from the 1930's,  our structural plans have brought this dated property into the new century.  Making the jump to a magnificent 12,000 square feet, and 2 stories over a basement, this $24,000,000 house has everything, down to maid's quarters, multiple (yes, multiple) full luxury kitchens, a wine cellar, multiple ocean view balconies & outdoor kitchen/dining areas, a steam/sauna room, a yoga/workout room and a bowling alley.  It even has a commercial dog bath.  In addition to providing complete structural plans for this project, we processed multiple architectural plan changes to get this project over the finish line for the owners.  We are extremely proud of the results.
