Originally a $1,500,000, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1179 square foot claustrophobic La Jolla "classic" from 1955,  our design & structural plans transformed this house completely.   After undergoing renovations, the house turned into a $2,960,000, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1966 square foot masterpiece, boasting a light and airy open floor plan, luxury kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and a lavish guest house.
